___about baking!

I like to bake. It's such an interesting process and I also find it quite therapeutic. But the problem is, I don't really have a flair for it! I think the stuff I bake turn out quite bad. They're edible I guess, but that's all there is to it. I don't know how to bake something stunningly good. haha!

I tried my hand at baking oatmeal chocolate chip cookies today. They turned out better than the previous time I baked cookies, but the thing is most of my cookies have charred bottoms! I don't know why I just can't seem to make them perfect. They insist on being black and bitter at the bottom! It's really hard to control the temperature. This is so saddening! I think people get put off (obviously) when they see charred bottoms. And my cookies have really flopped in this sense.

I really want to bake well! I think I shall try until I get everything perfect haha. Hopefully my hard work will pay off. In the meantime, I need guinea pigs to finish up whatever I bake!
