___all over again
My mum started nagging at me again about how much time I devote to band and how little time I have left for my studies. It's the same thing that she said to me when I was in RV, actually. But it got me thinking as to why this always happens. And I realise that I have a
passion towards band, but only a
duty towards my studies.
This is what makes all the difference. I love playing in the band, making music and enjoying the fellowship. Yet studies doesn't bring as much joy. I can't ever say that I love studying! It would be an outright blatant lie. Completing my education is just something that I
have to do, but belonging to the band is something that I
want to do.
Anyway, on a different note, I must say that I'm feeling quite confused now. I need time to forget about it all, time to put down everything and move on. Thanks to all of you who spared a listening ear for me.
