___valentine's day.
Happy Valentine's Day to all of you out there! =)
Actually I can't really say that V-dae holds that much meaning for me, because as usual, I'm celebrating it alone. Without a partner. I just get an empty sinking feeling when V-dae comes and people who are attached seem so blissful, while I remain unattached for like the 17th year. I don't know why, but seeing attached people seems to lower my self-esteem. I always get to asking the question:
Why is it that I'm still unattached? And the answer seems to elude me up till now. Because there are too many possible answers to this question. But I've sort of learnt to treat this special day simply as a day for celebrating the love between friends afterall. To treasure the friendships that link us together. Although I'm still waiting for the day when V-dae won't be a lonely day for me.
Anyway I felt really touched by all the gifts today given to me by A02, 04'4A and NJ'Percussion people. You all rock mann!! =D I received a heart-shaped balloon from Yux and Vince, who gave one each to the whole class of 05A02. So SWEET! And very attention-seeking, which I simply love. =P I really love Yux. She rocks. hahaa. Received many other things like chocolates and sweets from all the other people I mentioned. Truly, V-dae is made enjoyable by all of my friends around me. Thanks to all of you!! And I hope my gift brought a smile to your faces too. =)
