___settled ccas

Actually when I first entered NJC, I didn't really want to join band. But I just went for the practice anyway, to experience the band life. And it turned out so fun I really want to join band now. =) I clicked so well with the seniors on that first practice and everyone talked to me. It felt like I had come home to a familiar, comforting warm place. That feeling lifted my spirits up and I really enjoyed just being back in band again. The people there ROCK!! Especially the percussion section. I love all of them. yea! =D
However, there's just a niggling thought at the back of my mind which is telling me to explore other types of CCAs, and I'm truly interested in touch rugby. I was very hesitant in joining band at first simply because I don't want to lead the same CCA life for another 2 years. My heart was going all out to touch rugby and I was in a dilemma because I love the band too. Imagine my happiness when Jan told me that I could join both because the practices for band and training for touch rugby don't clash! Wahahaa. So cool right? So I'm going to join both for the first three months.
Eventually I think band will be very busy due to SYF and it will only be till then that I'll consider dropping out of touch rugby if I can't meet the attendance standard. But I'll hang on to both CCAs as best as I can, you can be sure of that! =D
